Bassvictim arrives in Dublin on 15 November 2026, performing live at Opium, with its two-headed lineup born from the south London club scene. On one side, Maria Manow, a Polish–English vocalist who keeps a pop hook without seeking to soften the message. On the other, American–English producer Ike Clateman, who crafts dry beats and abrasive electro textures, somewhere between club efficiency and an electroclash-inspired, self-assured aesthetic.
Formed in 2022 and reinvigorated around Peckham's nightlife, the duo has built its trajectory with short, tense tracks, followed by EPs that tighten the screws: Basspunk (2024) and Basspunk 2 (2025). Their debut album Forever (2025) confirmed this blend of upfront rhythms and direct vocal lines, before expanding in 2026 with a new EP and the single 'Tato freestyle'. Onstage, it promises to be a sharp collision: club energy, electronic tension, and writing that stays at the forefront.
