On 9 December 2026, VOILÀ will play at TivoliVredenburg in Utrecht. The duo, featuring British singer Gus Ross and Californian producer Dylan Jagger Lee, moves between alternative pop, indie pop and pop rock with electronic accents. Their songs center on direct melodies and guitar layers that are often folded into synth textures. They write their lyrics in the first person, addressing themes such as relationships, vulnerability and everyday frictions. Live, VOILÀ works with contrasts: intimate verses that unfurl into larger choruses, slow ballads alongside more uptempo tracks. This strikes a balance between accessible hooks and atmospheres that lean slightly darker, without sacrificing the song.
Also on the bill that evening is Austin Giorgio. The Rochester artist builds his pop around R&B and soul influences: a low, supple voice over nocturnal atmospheres and measured tempos. After his appearance on The Voice US in 2018, he has developed his own repertoire in which spare arrangements and restrained choruses set the tone. On stage he preserves the intimacy of his recordings, with careful attention to phrasing and space for the voice.
