Razorlight bring the ‘America’ 20th Anniversary Tour to Wolverhampton on 28 November 2026, at the University of Wolverhampton at The Halls. Formed in London in 2002 around singer-guitarist Johnny Borrell, the band forged a direct, melodic guitar sound at the crossroads of garage rock and the post-punk revival. The line-up of Borrell with Björn Ågren, Carl Dalemo and Andy Burrows defined their breakthrough years, carried by singles like Golden Touch, Somewhere Else, In the Morning, America and Wire to Wire. Two decades on from the 2006 hit America, the tour looks back to that period while drawing on the group’s recent return to full strength, from the reunion of the classic quartet in 2021 to the album Planet Nowhere in 2024. The show revisits that era alongside material from recent releases.

Opening the night, The Molotovs are a London trio formed in 2020 by siblings Mathew and Issey Cartlidge with drummer Will Fooks. Launched in the streets and parks during venue closures, they quickly moved onto the UK rock circuit with short, sharp songs that thread punk rock, power pop, mod revival and new wave. Across hundreds of gigs they have shared stages with The Libertines, Blondie, Iggy Pop and The Damned, as well as members of the Sex Pistols. Signed to Marshall Records in 2025, they released the singles More More More, Today’s Gonna Be Our Day and Rhythm of Yourself, ahead of their 2026 debut album Wasted on Youth, produced by Jason Perry.
