Masego « Fix Your Face Tour »

Masego brings the Fix Your Face Tour to Théâtre Beanfield in Montréal on August 29, 2026. Born in Kingston and raised in Virginia, Micah Davis, aka Masego, has carved a space where R&B, hip-hop, jazz and trap meet, with the saxophone as a guiding line. He calls it TrapHouseJazz: supple melodies, sung hooks, rap cadences and improvisation folded into sleek, rhythmic tracks.

On stage, he moves between vocals, sax and keys, stacking loops and opening pockets for solos. The set revisits Lady Lady, the widely shared session Tadow with FKJ, the Studying Abroad EP and his 2023 self-titled album, while introducing newer material shaped for live energy. Expect tight grooves, warm harmonies and call-and-response parts that let songs breathe without losing focus.

Over the years, Masego has collaborated with SiR, Kehlani, Kaytranada, Yussef Dayes and Braxton Cook, navigating between neo-soul, contemporary jazz and alternative hip-hop. The Fix Your Face Tour channels that blend with a band that balances arranged sections and room to improvise, keeping the sax front and center and the rhythm section driving the show forward.
