Alborosie

Sicilian-born, Kingston-based singer, producer and multi-instrumentalist Alborosie brings his Nine Mile UK Tour to The Fleece, Bristol on 2 December 2026. Active since the 1990s, he blends roots reggae, dancehall, dub and raggamuffin, shaped by years inside Jamaica’s studios and sound system culture.

On stage with his live outfit The Shengen Clan, he lines up new cuts from Destiny (2023) and Dub Pirate (2024) alongside staples from Soul Pirate. Kingston Town and Herbalist sit next to rugged steppers, stripped-back dubs and singjay flows, with weighty basslines and tape-delay textures running through the set. His catalogue and collaborations run deep, from work with Buju Banton, Kabaka Pyramid and The Wailing Souls to socially minded projects like Shadows After Dark.

From early days with Reggae National Tickets to a MOBO Award and a global touring life, Alborosie brings a show that moves across eras and styles without losing the roots core. In Bristol, it’s a full live band delivering modern reggae in all its shades.
