lots of hands bring their intimate blend of indie folk, bedroom pop and ambient to Kantine am Berghain, Berlin, on 26 October 2026. Centered on their Fire Talk debut into a pretty room, the show moves through reworked demos, freewheeling session pieces and airy instrumentals, tracing themes of grief, growing up and letting go. On stage, the duo leans on looped guitars, murmured vocals and discreet electronics, letting songs open slowly and settle into small patterns. Between sparse folk songs and gently pulsing textures, the set stays close to the bone and leaves space for detail.

Formed around the songs of Billy Woodhouse and expanded with Elliot Dryden after the two met in a Newcastle school program, lots of hands shaped their sound across three self-released records — mistake (2020), there’s someone in this room just like you (2021) and fantasy (2023) — before writing together more directly. into a pretty room captures that shift, written between Newcastle and Leeds in a bedroom studio and refined piece by piece. Live, they carry that DIY clarity to the stage with careful layering, minimal beats and fragments that bloom into full pieces, drawing from the new album alongside earlier material reworked for the night.
