On November 6, 2026 at the Cirque Jules Verne - Pôle National Cirque Amiens in Amiens, Médine presents Enfants du destin in an acoustic version. He revisits the series of stories that run through his discography—portraits of childhoods swept up by History. David, Souhan, Kunta Kinte, Nour, Yasser… Behind these first names are trajectories marked by colonization, war, slavery or oppression, where the past speaks with the present.

In this intimate stage piece, Médine’s voice rests on Guillaume Zolnierowsky’s piano and guitar, joined by Shéhérazade’s voice and cello. Laetitia Botella’s staging creates a back-and-forth between narration and direct address, while Karinale Lo van Zaouiche appears in brief, dialogued interludes that shift and reinvigorate the narrative. Between concert and theatre, Médine unfolds these pieces like a modern storyteller — from “17 Octobre” to “Gaza,” from David to Ataï, up to “Allons Zenfants” and an unreleased track — exploring memory and the echoes that connect yesterday to today.
