Way Dynamic brings his indie pop craft to YES, Manchester on 26 August 2026. The project led by Melbourne musician Dylan Young pivots around melodic, close-to-the-mic songwriting that sits between lo-fi pop, gentle rock and understated electric folk. Clear guitars and unhurried tempos carry simple vocal harmonies, while arrangements stay lean but flexible, letting in layers of keyboards or denser guitars when the songs ask for it. Recorded largely in a self-directed studio setup, these tracks take on a different life on stage: adapted for a full band, they lean into contrast, shifting from quiet passages to more assertive sections without losing their intimate core. The result is a set that balances detail and space, with a light psych tint and a focus on songcraft over effects.
