Nothing But Thieves: « The Stray Dogs World Tour »

Nothing But Thieves will play the AFAS Dome in Antwerp on 31 January 2027 as part of The Stray Dogs World Tour. Since 2012 the five-piece from Southend-on-Sea has been forging its own blend of alternative rock: melodies laced with tension, sharp guitars, hooks that stick, and the occasional dark or electronic accent. That balance between urgency and attention to detail is their trademark, from club stages to large arenas.

On this tour the band is digging into a now-broad catalog. Expect songs from the self-titled debut and Broken Machine, the more direct, sometimes edgy songwriting of Moral Panic, and the more recent Dead Club City, where synths and a futuristic tint come forward without sapping the band’s energy. Live this translates into tight rhythm sections, layered guitar parts and hooks that sweep the room up in an instant. Nothing But Thieves shifts effortlessly between sturdy indie rock, harder outbursts and melodic pop sensibilities, with a set that builds, breathes and strikes again. In Antwerp it all comes together in a show that makes their evolution audible and, above all, plays in the moment, without unnecessary detours.
