On 23 November 2026 The Script bring their Man In The Arena Tour to the Zenith Munich. The trio around singer Danny O’Donoghue has blended pop rock and soft rock with a soulful approach to songwriting since 2001, reflected in catchy choruses and clear melodies. After early years in Dublin and London, albums followed such as The Script (2008), Science & Faith (2010) and #3 (2012) with “Hall of Fame”, later No Sound Without Silence (2014), Freedom Child (2017) and Sunsets & Full Moons (2019). After the death of Mark Sheehan in 2023 the band continue with O’Donoghue and drummer Glen Power; Benjamin Sargeant and Ben Weaver have since joined as full-time members. Their current chapter is titled Satellites (2024) and expands the range between radio-ready production, rock ballads and poppy hooks.
Also appearing is James Morrison. The British singer-songwriter represents a mix of soul, pop rock and acoustic folk influences, driven by his rough voice and straightforward song structures. From Undiscovered (2006) through Songs for You, Truths for Me (2008), The Awakening (2011) and Higher Than Here (2015) to You’re Stronger Than You Know (2019), he moves between ballads and mid-tempo numbers, usually centered on guitar, piano and vocals. His collaborations span from Nelly Furtado to Jason Mraz, always focusing on melodic, unadorned songs that work immediately in a live setting.
