NRG takes over Amnesia on 31 August 2026 in Ibiza with a direct proposition: to return to the dancefloor the energy that makes the island vibrate. Leading the bill is weekly resident Ben Hemsley, a DJ and producer from Newcastle who has forged a signature sound that straddles trance, house and techno. His sets favour driving pulses, luminous melodies and echoes of ’90s and 2000s rave culture, underpinned by effective structures inherited from tech house and hard house. In the studio he has released on Trick, Ministry of Sound and Arcane, as well as his own label Bebé; behind the decks he moves effortlessly between clubs, warehouses and festivals—an experience he brings here without artifice.

Alongside Hemsley, NRG summons guests such as Hannah Laing, blk. and Morgan Seatree, acts that orbit the same club-oriented aesthetic and complete a format designed for dancing, no frills. It’s the more physical, melodic face of British electronic music in an Ibiza context: occasional acid lines, well-measured breaks and build-ups that never lose sight of the dancefloor. NRG is an August Monday at Amnesia with the focus on the artists and the shared moment—nothing more, nothing less.
