Shakey Graves brings the Fondness, Etc. Tour to History Ottawa in Ottawa on December 14, 2026. Born Alejandro Rose-Garcia in Austin, he has shaped a lean take on americana where folk, blues, country and stripped-down rock cross paths. On stage he moves between the one-man-band setup that marked his early years and a tight trio, keeping the songs close to the bone, the stories upfront and the pulse steady. The set draws from Roll the Bones and its 10-year reissue, passes by The Donor Blues and And the War Came with co-writes like Dearly Departed, then heads into the dreamier turns of Can’t Wake Up, the Look Alive EP and the recent Movie of the Week.
Guitar front and center, foot-driven rhythms and grainy vocals carry the night, shifting from hushed fingerpicking to grainier electric swings. Support: Joe Riccio.
