Autoreverse (Nina Garcia and Arnaud Rivière) performs at Cafe OTO on 30 September 2026, at 6:30 pm.
Since 2020, at the end of the first lockdown, Nina Garcia, aka Mariachi, and Arnaud Rivière, two Parisian artists and activists, joined their sonic forces as Autoreverse around a set of speakers to build music that is immediate. Attacks without low-cut, amplified scrap metal, captured feedback, provoked chance events, melodies that invite themselves but do not stay for dinner, rhythmic sketches and intentional beauty zones, constructed and cracked materials, counterpoints to the line, backwards and straight ahead: high-energy improv noise.
