Indie trad band Dlù are a trad fusion group from Glasgow. The band comprises Moilidh NicGriogair, Zach Ronan, Aidan Spiers, Andrew Grossart, and Seoras Chlad. Their eclectic musical backgrounds influence their original melodies and arrangements, giving the band a distinctive sound. Dlù play at Hootananny Brixton on 2 September 2026 at 6:00 pm.
Their name derives from the Gaelic word 'dlùth', meaning tight-knit and close, a tribute not only to the friendship between members but also to the band’s origins in the Glasgow Gaelic School.
