Steam Down is a British Afro-punk band, weekly event and music community based in London. Through a blend of sound, space and energy, Steam Down explore emotional, social and collective states through music. Founded by multi-instrumentalist, composer and producer Ahnansé in 2017, the initial event was created to connect London-based musicians and producers.
Imaginary Millions started as a live jam in Shoreditch, where regulars came to expect two hours of non-stop live improvised music in which any member of the audience could sing, rap, speak or dance as they felt moved. Imaginary Millions have also hosted a show on Soho Radio over the last five years. Expect live jams, eclectic mixes and poetry.
