The Rezillos are a punk/new wave band formed in Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1976. Their independent debut single, 'I Can't Stand My Baby' brought them underground attention via airplay on BBC Radio 1's John Peel show.
Their follow-up singles 'My Baby Does Good Sculptures', 'Top of the Pops' and 'Destination Venus' followed.
The Rezillos recorded their album 'Can't Stand the Rezillos' at New York's Power Station studio, spent time in the local music scene and played a gig at CBGB. The album reached the top 10 in the UK album chart.
