Levitation Room lands at The Lexington in London on 22 June 2026. Born out of Los Angeles’ garage-psych scene in the early 2010s, the band folds sixties pop and a surf shimmer into a laid-back, psychedelic rock that favors hazy melodies, supple tempos and a taste for weightless atmospheres. Short, undulating songs, reverb-drenched guitars, warm keys and close-knit harmonies shape a sound that nods to classic American psych while keeping a melodic West Coast thread in focus. After a run of DIY singles and EPs, Levitation Room released Ethos in 2016 and Headspace in 2019, gradually stretching their writing toward fuller, more nuanced pieces without losing the immediacy of their early tracks.
