Kneecap will play Forest National on 7 November 2026 as part of the Fenian Tour. The trio from Belfast and West Belfast – Mo Chara, Moglaí Bap and producer/DJ Próvaí – are often described as Gaelic gangster rap: raps in Irish (Gaelic) and English, dryly comic but sharp in observation. Their songs draw on life in their neighbourhood and touch on themes such as identity, local politics, alcohol and the street, with satire and self‑mockery as constant ingredients.
Live, it’s about direct flows, compact hooks and forward‑driving beats. They play with symbols, subvert slogans and involve the audience in call‑and‑response. After early viral tracks, a debut LP and an autobiographical film charting their path, the Fenian Tour brings that material to the stage, focusing on tempo, friction and humour. Bilingual hip‑hop from Belfast, rough at the edges and clear in its message.
