Mike Stud

mike. brings his hybrid rap-and-melody toolkit to London on 9 October 2026 at Village Underground. Rhode Island–raised Michael Francis Seander first made his name as a college pitcher at Duke then Georgetown, before an elbow surgery pushed him to channel that same discipline into music. Under the name Mike Stud, he surfaced with College Humor in 2010 and the mixtape A Toast to Tommy in 2011, nodding to his Tommy John operation. He built a following on campus circuits and independent tours, stacking projects like Relief (2013), Closer (2014), These Days (2016) and 4TheHomies (2018).

Over time he left party anthems behind for a more sung, introspective lane, folding pop textures into laid-back hip-hop. Reborn as mike., he doubled down on that shift with the highs. (2021), Why Not Us? (2022, with Skeez), Love, (2023) and the lows. (2024). On stage, that evolution plays out in smooth beats, conversational writing and hooks that blur the line between rapping and singing. Expect a set that dips into early breakout cuts and newer, slower-burning tracks, with the candid storytelling and easy swing that have become his signature.
