On 4 November 2026, Soil, Finger Eleven and Adema take over Digital, Newcastle upon Tyne for a night rooted in alternative metal and heavy rock.
Soil return with Ryan McCombs on lead vocals, Tim King on bass, Adam Zadel on guitar and TJ Taylor on drums. Formed in 1997, the Chicago outfit made its name on punchy grooves and melodic hooks, and built a catalogue carried by singles like Halo, Unreal, Redefine, The Lesser Man and Shine On. With more than two million albums sold worldwide, their set draws on a straight-ahead, riff-first approach built for big choruses and tight dynamics.
From Burlington, Ontario, Finger Eleven bring a focused blend of alternative rock, post-grunge and hard rock. First known as Rainbow Butt Monkeys, they shifted toward darker, more structured writing with Tip (1997) and The Greyest of Blue Skies (2000), then pushed contrasts between dense guitars, firm rhythms and atmospheric breaks on Finger Eleven (2003), Them vs. You vs. Me (2007), Life Turns Electric (2010) and Five Crooked Lines (2015).
Adema, born in Bakersfield’s early-2000s wave, lines up heavy guitars and direct, melodic refrains at the crossroads of nu metal and alternative metal. Through line-up changes, the core of Tim Fluckey, Dave DeRoo and Kris Kohls has kept the sound focused, with Mike Ransom back in the fold and recent cuts like Ready to Die, Violent Principles and the 2023 EP The Cerberus marking the latest chapter.
