DMA’s bring their guitar-first indie to The LCR in Norwich on 22 May 2026. Formed in Sydney, the trio of Tommy O’Dell (vocals), Matt Mason and Johnny Took (guitars) has built a catalogue that threads indie rock and alternative grit with a clear britpop streak: direct melodies, clean-cut riffs, choruses that lift without fuss. On stage they lean into that balance, moving from the jangling urgency of early single Delete to the wider, sometimes dance-leaning textures heard on The Glow and carried through to How Many Dreams? Their sets often swing between pulse and sparkle, folding synth touches into the band’s core guitar writing while keeping the focus on songcraft and tight harmonies. The night maps their path from the rawer edges of Hills End and For Now to the sleeker contours of the recent records, with a possible nod to the covers and fan favourites that have followed them from Australian clubs to UK festivals.
