The Fray: Autumn Light Tour

The Fray bring their Autumn Light Tour to Ulster Hall, Belfast, on 13 November 2026. Born in Denver in the early 2000s, the band built its name on piano-led alternative rock that edges into pop and melodic ballads. Formed around vocalist-pianist Isaac Slade and guitarist Joe King, The Fray crafted a writing style where uncluttered guitars, close harmonies and lyrics about relationships and doubt set the tone.

How to Save a Life (2005) moved them onto a wider map, with Over My Head (Cable Car) and the title track reaching far beyond the local scene, helped by strong exposure in American TV series. The self-titled album in 2009, then Scars & Stories (2012) and Helios (2014), extended that palette with brighter pop touches and atmospheric layers, before the 2016 best-of Through the Years sketched a first chapter of their journey.
