Blood Incantation bring the Absolute ElseTour to The 1865, Southampton on 15 June 2026. Born in Denver’s extreme metal scene, the quartet splices death metal intensity with progressive structures and a psych-inflected, space‑obsessed mood. Their 2024 album Absolute Elsewhere sharpened that vision: dense riffs, headlong momentum and stretches of atmospheric drift opening onto wider soundscapes. On stage, the band moves from crushing rhythms to spiralling guitar work and spacious passages, threading sci‑fi themes through complex, long‑form songs.
With support from Elder, the night tilts toward heavy psych. First rooted in stoner and doom, the band has grown into a fluid, melodic force where towering riffs meet patient builds and prog‑leaning interplay. Their tracks breathe and shapeshift, balancing groove, fuzz and finely drawn dynamics without losing weight.
