Joyce Manor bring their California pop-punk to Electric Bristol on 6 October 2026. Formed in Torrance, the trio of Barry Johnson, Chase Knobbe and Matt Ebert built their name on sharp, under-three-minute songs that balance melody and bite, from the 2011 self-titled debut through Never Hungover Again, Cody and 40 oz. to Fresno.
They arrive with a seventh album, I Used To Go To This Bar, produced by Brett Gurewitz. The record leans into concise hooks and a fuller sound, with mixing from Tony Hoffer and Tom Lord-Alge, and a rotating cast of drummers including Jared Shavelson, David Hidalgo Jr. and Joey Waronker. The band’s recent touring streak — including a run with Weezer and packed California dates — feeds into a live set that moves fast and hits hard, folding new tracks like All My Friends Are So Depressed into the punchy catalogue that first put them on the map. Special guests will join the bill.
