Info
On 15 October 2026 at MOTH Club, London, Kacy & Clayton bring a stripped-back folk and roots set shaped by two voices and one guitar moving in unison. The Canadian cousins — singer Kacy Anderson and guitarist Clayton Linthicum — grew up in Wood Mountain, Saskatchewan, and built a repertoire that looks both to British folk and to prairie Americana. From their early records Kacy & Clayton (2011) and The Day Is Past and Gone (2013) to Strange Country (2015, reissued by New West in 2016), their writing leans on clean fingerpicking, close harmonies and uncluttered arrangements. The Siren’s Song (2017), recorded in Chicago with Jeff Tweedy after a run with Wilco, put them on wider bills without losing the quiet detail of their songs. They followed with Carrying On (2019) and Plastic Bouquet (2020) made with Marlon Williams. On stage, their sets weave old ballads and new roads, carried by Linthicum’s measured guitar lines and Anderson’s clear, steady voice.
