Info

Kid Kapichi bring their sharp-edged rock to The Adrian Flux Waterfront in Norwich on 15 November 2026. Formed in Hastings, the four-piece — Jack Wilson, Ben Beetham, Eddie Lewis and George Macdonald — fuse punk bite, alternative tension and post‑punk angles with a vocal delivery that leans into spoken word. Their songs look straight at local politics, precarity, social frustration and mental health, turning everyday stories into punchy, tightly wired tracks built on heavy guitars and a steady push-and-pull rhythm.

On stage, the band draw across their run from early singles and the Sugar Tax era to their trio of albums: This Time Next Year (2021), the more confrontational Here’s What You Could Have Won (2022, with a nod to their collaboration with Bob Vylan), and There Goes The Neighbourhood (2024). Expect lean riffs, call-and-response chants and lyrics that cut close to home, moving between gritty punk surges and more melodic breaks without losing focus. Kid Kapichi arrive with a set shaped for crowded rooms and loud voices, carrying the energy of the UK’s independent rock circuit to Norwich for a night grounded in the here and now.
