Bleachers

Bleachers bring Jack Antonoff’s New Jersey–New York indie pop project to O2 Academy Bristol in Bristol on 24 November 2026. Built around tight pop writing fed by alt-rock, synth textures and a taste for 80s new wave, the live format swaps studio precision for a larger band with horns, layered vocals and a rhythm section that drives the songs forward.

Since Strange Desire (2014) and Gone Now (2017), Antonoff has sketched a world of instant hooks and stories of suburbs, memory and family. Take the Sadness Out of Saturday Night (2021) opened the door to heartland rock and stripped ballads, while the self-titled Bleachers (2024) blends modern pop production with warmer analog tones. Onstage, that catalogue shifts between brisk, high-energy cuts and more intimate moments, often in arrangements that stretch, swell and pull the room in.

The set tends to trace the project’s arc to date, putting the focus on songwriting, dynamics and the interplay of brass and voices that has become a Bleachers trademark.
