Sunday, July 26, 2026, two pillars of stoner and heavy psych arrive at Circolo Magnolia: Elder and Truckfighters.
Elder return to the Magnolia stage after their debut at the first Magnolia Stone in 2017. The American quartet, now based in Berlin, has developed a voice that blends stoner, progressive rock and psychedelia, featuring extended tracks, interwoven guitars and wide-ranging dynamics. From the doom-leaning edge of their early work through Lore, Reflections of a Floating World, Omens and Innate Passage, the band has honed a sound as robust as it is melodic, able to move from dense riffs to airy openings without losing cohesion. On stage, the focus remains on tension, modulation and groove, with a set designed to breathe and build.
Joining them are Truckfighters, a Swedish trio active since 2001 and a key name in European stoner. Prominent bass, heavy fuzz and saturated riffs define a setup that emphasizes pulse and repetition, from the raw energy of Gravity X to the evolution heard on Phi, Mania, Universe and V. After ten years, a new album is expected in spring: fresh material that will join the classics in a live show known for its physical impact and abrupt accelerations. At Circolo Magnolia, the dialogue between the two bands promises a continuous journey between controlled power and psychedelic trance.
