Westside Cowboy

On 9 November 2026 at Circolo Arci Bellezza in Milan, Westside Cowboy brings his Britainicana to the stage: a UK quartet — Reuben Haycocks, James Bradbury, Aoife Anson O’Connell and Paddy Murphy — that blends country, indie rock and touches of art rock. Taut guitars, sweeping melodies, spare rhythms and a collective songwriting approach that favors live performance over the studio.

On the setlist is the EP So Much Country ’Till We Get There, released in January 2026 on Adventure Recordings and recorded in New York with Loren Humphrey, accompanied by new songs and tracks from their early period. The band arrives fresh from tours in the UK and USA and from shared bills with Geese and Black Country, New Road, with an attitude that pushes the songs toward a more direct, abrasive dimension. From the stage sharp contrasts emerge: folk openings that lock into clipped riffs, dynamics that alternate between tension and release, without reconstructing American tropes. An essential set, centered on interwoven voices and guitars that change pace, for a rock that converses with country without vintage affectation.
