Darkways

On 26 September 2026 at Black Hole in Milan, Darkways takes the stage, a darkwave/post-punk duo from Barcelona. The project works with brooding guitars and prominent basslines, interwoven with drum machines and electronic textures that drive the rock momentum without weighing it down. Each track has a compact, readable form, direct melodies and a nocturnal atmosphere threaded with the rhythmic tension typical of post-punk.

With their debut album Resonance (2024), Darkways established a clear aesthetic: rooted in European coldwave/goth heritage and contemporary production. The vocals, deep yet clear, lead lean arrangements, while the guitars carve out spaces that open and close over steady grooves. Live, the set aims for a balance between pulse and shadow: no frills, just songs that move straight ahead, alternating melodic surges and taut intensity. It’s a return to the essentials of darkwave, conceived for the club environment and for those seeking an emotional impact without embellishment.
