Filter Phaser celebrates the release of Bubs’ first vinyl EP, Feel Alive, with a night set between ’80s Italo disco, Hi‑NRG and progressive house. Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at La Java, Paris.
Kid Simius (live) opens the bill. Born in Granada and now based in Berlin, he crafts a sound where house, disco, Balearic and Italo intersect, driven by crisp melodies and an organic touch. His releases on Permanent Vacation, Running Back, Shall Not Fade, Studio Barnhus and Watergate have honed a live show that plays with tension without locking itself into a single register.
Bubs, a producer and DJ based between Paris and Rennes, marks the occasion with Feel Alive, his first vinyl EP on Filter Phaser. His playground spans Hi‑NRG pulses, Italo synths and taut house progressions, delivering a set cut for the dancefloor and true to the spirit of the record.
Close Proximity, a London techno duo, brings a rawer energy and precise rhythms that anchor the night on the club side, with a direct, effective aesthetic.
Seiun completes the lineup, following the Italo/progressive thread with synthetic lines and a forward-driving groove to keep the pressure on until the end.
