On 20 June 2026 the series Don’t Grow Up, It’s Still a Trap returns to Neuss to celebrate 30 years of Kiesgrube. The venue is the Kiesgrube, Sudermannstraße 5, 41468 Neuss. The bill features a line-up that decisively directs house, techno and tech-house to the dancefloor.
Steve Bug brings his pared-back, bass-driven signature. As a DJ and producer who has worked between house and techno since the 1990s, he relies on smooth basslines, subtle dub textures and a mixing style that works through continuity rather than effects. His work with Poker Flat and Dessous is reflected in sets that are precisely constructed and leave space for the grooves to breathe.
From Florence comes Marco Faraone with direct club energy. His tracks and sets condense elements of house, tech-house and techno into driving grooves with dry percussion and clear tension control. Releases on Drumcode, Rekids, Moon Harbour and Desolat, as well as his label Uncage, mark an approach that remains functional, physical and focused.
The evening is completed by BUNT. and Chinonegro. Both bring their own accents and close the arc between deep passages and straightforward pressure — exactly the terrain Kiesgrube has called home for three decades.
