Chanpan

Born in the streets of Chinatown, New York trio Chanpan brings together singer-guitarist Grace Dumdaw and twin brothers Lance and Matthew Tran. After starting out busking to fund their first recording, the band honed a direct sound that mixes indie rock, punk tension and the riot grrrl legacy, with concise songs crafted for the stage.

A debut EP put them on the road with Haru Nemuri in 2024, and the EP endlessly in 2025 cemented the momentum, with full shows in New York and Los Angeles and a tour with Post Animal. In 2026 Chanpan went international with new material. On 8 May 2026 they play their first French date at the Supersonic in Paris. The program features tracks from endlessly and unreleased 2026 material, driven by Grace’s cutting voice, taut, precise guitars and a compact rhythm section shaped by their street performances. It’s an opportunity to catch a trio moving fast, with group songwriting born from direct contact with audiences.
