Von Wegen Lisbeth bring their summer tour to Vienna, playing Arena Wien on 3 September 2026. Formed in Berlin in 2006, the five-piece writes in German and moves between indie pop and lean indie rock, built on clean guitars, supple rhythms and bright keyboards. On stage, they like to weave in glockenspiel or steel drum textures that shift the mood without breaking the flow.

The set draws across their albums Grande, [email protected] and EZ Aquarii, with room for earlier EP tracks. Their songs catch everyday scenes, snippets of dialogue and small details, carried by tight arrangements and melodic hooks. Over the years the group has moved from rougher beginnings toward a more agile, tuneful sound, sharpened by constant touring across Germany, Austria and Switzerland and regular festival stops.

At Arena Wien, the focus stays on the lyrics and the interplay between guitars and keys, with buoyant bass lines and playful percussions giving the songs lift. A concise, energetic format that keeps the groove steady while letting those bright motifs and refrains do the work.
