The Lemon Twigs

The Lemon Twigs will bring their sonically rich rock universe to Hole⁴⁴ in Berlin on 28 September 2026. The name represents brothers Brian and Michael D’Addario from Long Island, who grew up in a musical environment shaped by ’60s and ’70s pop, power-pop and intricately detailed orchestration. Their sound is marked by close-harmony vocals, shifting tempos and melodic hooks. On stage the duo appear with an expanded band and effortlessly switch among guitar, bass, drums and keyboards.

Since Do Hollywood (2016, 4AD) and the follow-up EP Brothers of Destruction (2017) they have been exploring the balance between retro references and their own signature. Go to School (2018) develops the concept into a narrative album, while Songs for the General Public (2020) aims for a more immediate approach. With Everything Harmony (2023) and A Dream Is All We Know (2024) on Captured Tracks they have pushed their pop‑rock, at times melancholic side to the forefront, rich in ballads and vocal arrangements. Live, the setlist blends compact power‑pop numbers, quieter moments and multi‑voice density—crafted for an audience that values craftsmanship and melody.
