Sniper

Sniper returns to the stage as a duo. Formed in 1997 in the Val-d’Oise around Aketo, Tunisiano, Blacko and DJ Boudj, the group made its mark with politically engaged lyrics and striking social chronicles. Du rire aux larmes (2001), Gravé dans la roche (2003) and Trait pour trait (2006) established their signature through storytelling, punchy choruses and unflinching takes on the times. After Blacko’s departure, Aketo and Tunisiano carried the project forward with À toute épreuve (2011), before reuniting for Personnalité suspecte (2018).

Now officially operating as a tandem, Aketo and Tunisiano are reigniting the flame live at La Clef in Saint-Germain-en-Laye on 31 October 2026. The program promises a return to their roots, drawing on the classics while opening the door to new material. The lyrics gain perspective: the writing refocuses on respect, authenticity and energy without losing the DNA that shaped Sniper. Complementary flows, a knack for the right word and timeless tracks make up a set conceived as a bridge between their history and what comes next.
