Blanco White

Blanco White, aka Londoner Josh Edwards, performs at La Cigale in Paris on March 12, 2027 with his mellow, world‑inflected folk. Trained in flamenco guitar in Cádiz and later on the charango in Sucre, he weaves English‑language songs on stage where acoustic guitars, Andean motifs and flashes of flamenco meet. The whole remains restrained and melodic, carried by a clear voice that favors nuance over showmanship.

From his early EPs The Wind Rose, Colder Heavens and Nocturne to more recent releases such as On the Other Side, Time Can Prove You Wrong and Tarifa, Blanco White has honed a balance between intimacy and more expansive arrangements.
