Padre Guilherme x Rebels

On 28 November 2026, Las Ventas in Madrid welcomes Padre Guilherme x Rebels. Behind the decks, Guilherme Peixoto, a Portuguese priest born in Guimarães, has built since 2020 a singular project in which his vocation coexists with the DJ booth. He began mixing during a mission as a military chaplain in Afghanistan and, over the years, has honed a distinctive language: techno and club electronic music threaded with bells, liturgical references and popular melodies that point to the sacred without abandoning the dancefloor.

His recent repertoire illustrates this well: Ave Maria with Karetus (2022), the EP Povoa Bendita (2023), Selfish Love II (2024) and Veneremur Et Adoremus, with Ebmath and Integral Ecology (2025). Live, that aesthetic unfolds in a set that brings spirituality and club culture together with direct energy, working the contrast between hypnotic pulses and choral motifs. After his appearance at World Youth Day in Lisbon in 2023 and performances in Brazil, Spain and Chile, his format has consolidated on large, open stages. At Las Ventas, the Padre Guilherme x Rebels proposal aims for a techno session connected to ritual and the present, designed to be danced to and listened to at the same time.
