From North Vancouver, AngelMaker pushes a modern deathcore built on a dual-vocal setup that shapes the whole dynamic of the set. Since Dissentient, the band has balanced tight, syncopated riffing with melodic death metal accents and colder atmospheric breaks. The self-titled album and Sanctum have sharpened that mix, alternating cavernous growls and high-pitched screams over dense rhythms and layered guitar harmonies. On stage, the contrast between voices drives the momentum while the guitars keep the tension high.
Formed in Manchester, Ingested grows its sound from brutal death metal with a clear slam backbone. Across releases from Surpassing the Boundaries of Human Suffering to Ashes Lie Still, the trio leans into heavy groove, staccato riffs and direct, chest-level vocals, with occasional atmospheric passages that open the space before locking back into tighter patterns.
Disfiguring The Goddess completes the lineup with ultra-low vocals, downtuned textures and a focus on weighty, stop-start structures, adding a darker, synthetic edge to the evening.
