Two Door Cinema Club

On 22 July 2026, Two Door Cinema Club play the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome for Roma Summer Fest. The Northern Irish trio made up of Alex Trimble, Sam Halliday and Kevin Baird shape a lean, melodic blend of indie rock and pop, fed by post-punk revival and electronic tones. Spotted early by the French label Kitsuné, they broke through with Tourist History in 2010, all brisk guitars and direct hooks, then opened their sound on Beacon in 2012 with producer Jacknife Lee, giving more room to synths. Gameshow in 2016 and False Alarm in 2019 embraced disco, new wave and electronic textures while keeping short, structured songs built for the stage. Keep On Smiling in 2022 extends that mix, balancing danceable tracks with calmer moments. On stage, the band drives tight rhythms, bright riffs and clear vocals, moving from quickfire indie cuts to shimmering synth lines with an energy that fits a summer night in Rome.
