On Saturday, 21 November 2026, the L’Ilyade Cultural Center in Seyssinet-Pariset brings together three faces of dub and electro for an evening of deep bass and sonic journeys.
Rakoon opens a playground at the crossroads of dub, electro and more organic textures. A producer known for supple basslines and clear melodies, he moves his tracks through varied tempos, downtempo touches and influences drawn from world music. On stage, his live set emphasizes progression and immersion, with a sense of groove that invites dancing without being heavy-handed.
Active since the mid-2010s, Sumac Dub navigates between sound-system culture, bass music and ethnic inspirations. Weighty bass, stepper rhythms, orientalist-tinged motifs and drifting pads make up an often instrumental sound, open to occasional vocal interventions. His live show unfolds like a narrative: contemplative passages that breathe, followed by more club-oriented sequences that connect to the audience’s energy.
Bladi Sound System completes the bill with an electro set designed to extend the bridge between the two producers’ worlds and keep the tension alive until the end. The encounter highlights the diversity of today’s dub, poised between introspection and collective drive.
