Info
Bleachers arrive in Berlin with a show built around Jack Antonoff’s songwriting and his roots between New Jersey’s DIY punk and New York’s indie pop. On 9 November 2026 at Columbiahalle in Berlin, the band leans into the spirit that shaped Antonoff as a teenager on the road with Outline and later Steel Train: self-made tours, small rooms, loud guitars, and the taste for nights where a crowd sings as one. That early energy runs through Bleachers’ fifth album, with We Should Talk acting as a hinge between past and present, a song about reconnecting that also reconnects Antonoff with the reasons he started.
On stage, Bleachers stretch those stories into big, communal arrangements: tight rhythm section, bright synths, ringing guitars, brass lines and stacked vocals that push the choruses forward. The set moves between punchy indie pop, heartland-tinged rock and more bare songs where the writing steps to the front, drawing on the arc from Strange Desire to the 2024 self‑titled record and into the new material. It’s a live format that fits Antonoff’s lifelong touring reflex: direct, physical, and focused on that moment when band and audience find the same pulse.
