Chiodos brings the It’s Not You, It’s Me Tour to Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg on August 13, 2026. Born in Michigan’s post-hardcore wave, the band writes on tension and release: screamo edges against emo melodies, piano punctuates jagged riffs, and dynamics swerve without warning. From All’s Well That Ends Well and Bone Palace Ballet to Illuminaudio and Devil, their path tracks line-up shifts and a taste for contrast. On stage, they lean into that push-and-pull, alternating harsh vocals and clear refrains, stop-start rhythms and dramatic breaks that don’t tip into metal.
sace6 opens a different kind of split personality. The duo of sace. and Noah Thomas builds pop songs wired with R&B sensitivity and flashes of metal energy. Soft, vulnerable lines collide with rougher passages, intimate moods turn into saturated climbs. The aesthetic stays dark and restrained, more friction than fusion, keeping tension in focus.
Calva Louise adds a London-bred charge led by Jess Allanic. The trio blends alternative rock, post-hardcore bite, punk urgency, near-metal riffing and electronic textures. Hooks flip to abrasive sequences and back again, echoing the project’s DIY visual world and the 2023 mixtape Over The Threshold. Expect a set that moves fast and changes skin without losing clarity.
