On 4 August 2026, Pikes Presents lands at 528 Ibiza in Sant Antoni de Portmany, with Bonobo at the helm. Under the alias Bonobo, British musician Simon Green has, since the late ’90s, been shaping a melodic electronic sound that spans downtempo, trip hop, nu-jazz and organic arrangements. In his DJ role, that palette becomes a set designed for the dancefloor: warm grooves, basslines that sustain the journey, flexible percussion and a selection that moves naturally between broken rhythms, house, soul influences and contemporary electronic music. Key records such as Animal Magic, Black Sands, The North Borders, Migration and Fragments trace a path that Bonobo knows how to reinterpret behind the decks, weaving together his own tracks, personal edits and catalogue discoveries. Unhurried but purposeful, he builds atmospheres, raises and lowers intensity and reads the room’s pulse to guide it along. A night presented by Pikes Presents in which the DJ focuses on the essentials: well-chosen music and a connection with the venue.
