On Tuesday 22 September 2026 at UNVRS in Sant Rafel de Forca, Ibiza, Black Coffee returns with the Afropolitan house he’s been shaping for two decades. The South African DJ and producer blends traditional African percussion with sleek, metropolitan techno and deep-house textures, favoring slow-burn grooves, space and subtle vocals that pull the room in without forcing it.

A steady presence on the island since 2017 with his Saturday residency at Hï Ibiza, he’s carried this sound from Durban to global club circuits. Subconsciously (2021) cemented his reach, alongside collaborations with Alicia Keys, Drake, Pharrell Williams, Diplo, Usher and David Guetta, while keeping that minimalist, percussive backbone intact.

Expect a focused, rolling set built on repetition, low-end warmth and rhythmic detail, shifting from soulful deep house to tougher, techno-leaning passages. After a memorable closing set at UNVRS last season, he steps back into the hyperclub to let the drums speak and the grooves breathe.
