On 22 May 2026, Freddy K takes over the Blitz Club in Munich. Having emerged from the Roman scene in the early 1990s and now based in Berlin, he concentrates fully on the craft of DJing and on his work with the label. His sets revolve around a direct, repetitively driving techno language, played at a high tempo. He weaves tracks from the ’90s with current productions into a dark, linear and functional dramaturgy in which every transition contributes to the flow.
As founder of Key Vinyl he releases club-oriented EPs and creates space for new voices from various European scenes. Live, Freddy K relies on extended arcs of tension and a physical playing style: control of intensity always takes precedence over the presentation of his own releases. Regular appearances at clubs such as Berghain and Tresor have sharpened this approach; at Blitz he brings it to the dancefloor in concentrated form.
