Info
On January 17, 2027 at Le Tigre in Margny-lès-Compiègne, Michel Cymes makes his first appearance on stage in Secret(s) médical, a comedy that examines the fault lines and loyalties within the healthcare world. Surrounded by Philippe Dusseau, Jean-Pierre Malignon, Clémence Thioly and Philippe Vieux, he plays one of four friends, former medical students, who, as usual, gather at André’s, their headquarters. The evening takes a turn when the group’s psychiatrist lets slip a sensitive piece of information: one of his patients, a highly controversial politician, is running for president. From then on, everyone navigates friendship, ethics and legal risk, and the table becomes a field of tension where secrets, compromises and convictions clash around a central question: should professional confidentiality be broken in the public interest? Written by Michel Cymes, Christophe Brun, Patrice Romedenne and Nicolas Lumbreras, the play confronts this dilemma head-on. Philippe Lelièvre’s staging creates a closed-door dinner setting in which every line counts.
