The Sheepdogs

On December 10, 2026 at Le 106 in Rouen, The Sheepdogs bring a direct, warm rock, steeped in ’70s sonorities. Formed in Saskatoon, the band draws a clear line between blues, southern rock and Crosby, Stills & Nash–style vocal harmonies. Guitars up front, rootsy riffs, a supple-groove drum sound and an embraced analogue production: their writing goes straight to the point without losing its sense of melody.

Emerging in the early 2010s, they have refined their identity across albums, from Learn & Burn to their eponymous record The Sheepdogs. In their songs, the slide guitars bask in the sun, tight harmonies support choruses that stick in the head, and the guitars weave dense yet readable textures. On stage, the energy breathes a jam spirit, with a group cohesion that leaves room to breathe and for controlled build-ups.

In Rouen, they return in a format that suits them well: a no-frills set, vintage grooves, melodies that hook, and a way of making classic rock sound fresh and utterly contemporary.
