Chezile brings his Wish You Were Here EU/UK Tour to the Nochtspeicher in Hamburg on 15 June 2026. Behind the name is Alejandro Sanchez, raised between Albuquerque and San Diego, a multi‑instrumentalist with roots in Mexican regional music. His sound casually moves between psychedelic pop sensibilities, indie rock structures and a light dream‑pop atmosphere, with mid‑tempo beats, a melodic focus and guitars drenched in wide reverb.

The first major push came in 2023 with the track “Beanie,” which brought his poppy‑psychedelic streak to the fore. Before that, the debut EP 47 set the tone: intimate lyrics, melodic lines and restrained dynamics. With Alē the palette warmed and grew dustier, shaped by skate sessions and drives through the New Mexico desert — songs that leave space while remaining clearly defined.

Live, Chezile presents tracks from 47 and Alē as well as new songs that reflect his American‑Mexican identity, skate culture and a DIY approach.
