YaniSs Odua

On May 22, 2026 at Canal 93 in Bobigny, Yaniss Odua returns to the stage with a joint project carried out with FNX, a young voice from Nice. Active for nearly thirty years in francophone reggae, he brings roots and Caribbean dancehall into dialogue, alternating singing in French and Creole with toasting flows. Anchored by landmark tracks from his catalogue, this set emphasizes exchange and transmission, FNX bringing his songwriting and distinctive vocal timbre to contemporary arrangements. Together they draw a thread between Jamaican, Antillean and mainland French influences, for a live show refocused on the essentials: groove, lyrics and presence.

On the opening bill, Trinity Rebel appears alongside DJ Djabba. Their combination blends reggae and ragga, with detours into jazz and soul, creating an eclectic and flexible aesthetic. A hybrid warm-up that establishes the timbres and rhythms before the entrance of the Yaniss Odua x FNX duo.
